据美国消费者新闻与商业频道（CNBC）消息，当地时间4月8日晚，美国总统特朗普在全国共和党国会委员会（NRCC）筹款晚宴上发表讲话，羞辱那些寻求就关税问题与美国谈判的国家。

US President Donald Trump was addressing a fundraising gala for House Republicans on Tuesday night (local time).

现场视频显示，特朗普反驳针对关税政策的质疑声音，坚称主动权在美国，他的关税政策将迫使其他国家向美国提供“一切”，因为“他们不想美国对自己征收关税”。

He then went on to mock rebel Republicans who suggest that the Congress should take over negotiations. "Let me tell you, you don't negotiate like I negotiate," Trump said.

他还谈到了日本谈判团队，称“就在我们说话的时候，日本人正乘飞机前来，人数很多”。

特朗普继续嘲讽说：“这些国家都在给我打电话，拍我马屁（kissing my ass），他们迫切地想要达成一项贸易协议。他们说，‘先生，请让我达成一项协议，我愿意做任何事，我愿意做任何事，先生’。”

"I'm telling you, these countries are calling us up, kissing my ass," Trump said. "They are dying to make a deal: 'Please, please sir, make a deal. I'll do anything, I'll do anything sir.'"

期间，特朗普还威胁对进口药品征税。他宣称：“一旦我们这样做，他们就会蜂拥而至。因为我们比其他任何人都有优势，因为我们的市场很大。我们将很快宣布对药品征收高额关税。”

During his address at the fundraising gala, Trump said he would be announcing major tariffs on the pharma sector soon.

"Tariffs on pharma will be there because we don't make our own pharma drugs, they are made in another countries. Same packet in the US is price, sometime is price 10-times more. We are going to tariff pharma in such a way that companies will come rushing to us very soon. The advantage we have is, we are very big market. Very shortly, will announce major tariff on pharma and when these companies hear that, they will leave China and other countries because most of their products are sold here. And, they will be opening their plants here," Trump said.

北京时间4月10日，特朗普在社交媒体发文称：鉴于超过75个国家已致电美国的代表机构，就与贸易、贸易壁垒、关税、汇率操纵以及非货币性关税等相关议题进行谈判以寻求解决方案，而且这些国家在我强烈建议下，未以任何方式、形式对美国进行报复，我已批准实施为期90天的暂停措施。在此期间大幅降低对等关税至10%，暂停措施立即生效。

US President Trump on Wednesday announced a 90-day pause on most of his new tariffs, and a lowering of the "reciprocal tariff" rate to 10 percent, effective immediately, he said on social media.
