Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving Day in the United States (the fourth Thursday of November). Since 1952, it has been regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season in the U.S., and offer promotional sales even day and night。

黑色星期五是美国感恩节的第二天(11月的第四个星期四)。从1952年开始，圣诞节就被认为是美国圣诞购物季的开始，24小时全天候提供促销活动。

Cyber Monday is a marketing term for the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. The term "Cyber Monday" was created by marketing companies to persuade（游说） people to shop online.

"网络星期一" 是在感恩节过后的星期一，是由一些商家发起的网上购物促销活动，也有网友称呼为 “剁手星期一”。

singles' day shopping festival is originated from the online promotion activity held by taobao mall (Tmall) on November 11, 2009. At that time, the number of merchants and promotion intensity were limited, but the turnover was far beyond the expected effect. Therefore, November 11 became the fixed date for Tmall to hold large-scale promotion activities. Singles’ day shopping festival in 2109 sales exceeded 1 billion in the first 14 seconds.

源于淘宝商城（天猫）2009年11月11日举办的网络促销活动，当时参与的商家数量和促销力度有限，但营业额远超预想的效果，于是11月11日成为天猫举办大规模促销活动的固定日期。2019年天猫双11开场14秒销售额破10亿。
